NEEt-2025 – Notification released
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is a national-level entrance exam for admission into undergraduate medical, dental, nursing, and other allied medical courses across India. The NEET 2024 exam was officially announced to be conducted on May 5, 2024.26 The NEET 2025 exam is expected to be held tentatively in the first week of May 2025, specifically on May 4, 2025, in a pen-and-paper mode.5
The NEET 2024 notification was made public in January 2024, and the NEET login window opened for candidates to generate their application numbers and passwords. These credentials are necessary for downloading the admission card, viewing results, and going through the counseling process.2

Candidates who have studied from Open Schools or as private candidates are eligible for NEET, provided their subjects include Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.1
The NEET exam pattern includes questions in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Malayalam, Kannada, Punjabi, and Urdu.
